We offer our customers a fully personalized and customizable experience. In addition to selecting an OEM-based wheel and customizing it, there is also the option to design an entirely unique wheel from scratch (page: Custom Request).

Customization & Design
Customize your selected OEM-based wheel or create a completely original design. Choose the finish, color, and engraving to match your exact preferences. Any finish, any color, and any engraving is possible. Customers can also provide reference images so our team can accurately recreate their desired design.

Fitment – 100% Fitment Guarantee
We provide free custom fitment advice based on more than 10 years of experience. Our 100% fitment guarantee ensures a perfectly flush fitment on your vehicle without any rubbing. If any unexpected rubbing occurs, we offer a no-fitment money-back guarantee.

Stress Simulation Testing
All custom wheels, whether designed by us or by our customers, are tested using structural stress simulations. This process ensures the safety and durability of the final product. Once the design successfully passes testing, we create detailed 3D renderings that can still be adjusted or approved by the customer.

Production
Each wheel is manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum ingots and forged using a 10,000-ton forging press. Engraving is completed using precision CNC engraving machines. The final stage is painting and coating, after which the wheels undergo specialized finishing processes such as polishing, brushing, anodizing etc. to achieve the desired finish.

STEP 5 / 5
Shipping by air- or sea freight
After production is completed, each wheel undergoes a thorough inspection. Once approved, the wheels are carefully packaged and shipped. Every wheel is packed in its own box with sufficient protective material to ensure an undamaged delivery to our customers.
